John Erik D’Entremont has over 15 years of employee benefits
consulting working with successful organizations to provide
quality employee benefits. Erik has been a licensed insurance
producer in MA, RI, NH, ME, CT, NY, and FL for over 10 years, earning designations including Certified Broker on MassHealth connector for business, Healthsource RI, DC Exchange, MD, SBSB, and HSA Insurance. In addition, Erik is also a participant in SHRM, MassAhu, Massachusetts Wellness Worksite Association. Erik’s experience includes SAS experience in HCM software earning a CCP designation while working at Salary.com.
Erik has vast experience and knowledge in alternative funding
strategies and human resources support in the group health and life insurance industry with small and large companies. Erik has
grown with small to mid-sized businesses helping to build a
robust benefits program and develop retention strategies. Erik
has utilized his background in the HR process to guide new programs for growing companies with best business practices in health and welfare, talent management, and compliance.
Erik also serves as a board member on the Charles River
Wheelers and an active triathlon coach in the New England
community.
