Stephanie brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the employee benefits industry to her role as the Employee Benefits Operations Leader for the New England Platform. She began her career in 1999 as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Acrisure (formally The Health Consultants Group), where her expertise and leadership quickly propelled her to the position of Managing Partner. In this role, she directed the day-to-day operations of the Connecticut and Massachusetts offices, while also overseeing sales, marketing, and training programs to ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, and IRS regulations.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, Stephanie has been a trailblazer in the industry, becoming the first female managing partner in the Northeast. She holds a Certified Insurance Consultant License and a Self-Funding Certification from the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals where she has also played a significant role serving as the President of the Connecticut Chapter from 2021-2023 and currently co-chairs the Legislative Committee and serves on the Executive Board as the Treasurer.

Her influence extends to advisory boards for organizations such as ConnectiCare, Anthem, and Harvard Pilgrim, and contributed to the Value-Based Insurance Design working group for the State of Connecticut. Licensed across the New England region, as well as in California and Michigan, Stephanie is well-equipped to provide comprehensive support to clients across multiple regions.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys quality time with her family and friends. She can also often be found hiking with her dog or enjoying outdoor activities like skiing and snowmobiling in Maine.
